Montreal forward Andrei Kostitsyn underwent knee surgery Friday and is out indefinitely. His brother, Sergei Kostitsyn, will miss Saturday’s game with a left ankle injury. The status of defenseman Ryan O’Byrne, who has been out due to personal reasons, is uncertain.
